Terms & Conditions
No Smoking or vaping inside the premises. There will be a $200 fee for remediation due to smoking. No Parties City Noise Ordnance at 9PM will be enforced Trash pick up is on Wednesday morning. If your stay extends through Tuesday, please put bins on the curb for Wednesday am pickup. No more than 6 persons allowed on property. Other guests need to be authorized.
